Why You Should Eat Natural, Healthy Foods

Let me tell you my story of how I became a natural food guru.

Growing up in an era when it was fashionable to be waif thin. I ate unhealthy food and starved myself to be skinny. When I did eat, it was usually processed quick food. As a result my body suffered first from anemia, then hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and lastly cancer. All of these health problems occurred while I was still in my 20’s and 30’s! 

Cancer was a stunning wake up call and I realized that if I wanted to be healthy, I had to change my eating habits.
